Dear Jeven, OOPS...I thought you're talking about the song 'WE ARE THE WORLD', 1985(or)1986, USA for Africa. It doesn't matter anyway...the thing is I do like your ppt file!! Thank you.
BTW, do you like the song 'We are the world"?...I think it can be a great material for teaching in class. There are also some other good ones, eg.,
1. Do they know it's Christmas? (UK), 1985(I think)...this song was actually the very first successful charity single and caused a motion right before American's WE ARE THE WORLD.
2. That's what friends are for- (US+UK) -- it doesn't have many words, easy listening and of course easy learning as well.. I LOVE the lyrics so much.
3. What's going on? (the version of Cyndi Lauper, 1987, is the easiest one. However, the version of 2001, the remix version by artists against AIDS Worldwide, is also nice...but a bit difficult to sing due to it added Rap and hiphop styles... and this one was also a charity single for either AIDS Worldwide or the terrorism- September 11 fund as well.
Hope you will like these songs i like....and gogogogog...let's have some fun in teaching English!!
